CENOTES ARE GATEWAYS TO THE UNDERWORLD OF CAVE DIVING:
Since the 80s cave exploration has been afoot in the Yucatan Peninsula with vigour. Explorers have been mapping the cave systems and conducting speleological research. In addition, there have been numerous archeological projects that have uncovered some amazing findings!
Now we have over 250 miles of submerged caves have been explored! This makes the Yucatan peninsula home to the world’s largest and most spectacular underwater caves. You can experience it all: blue power passages, delicate white cave full of formations, bones, fossils, small sidemount restrictions, amazing traverses and circuits, the list is endless!
